At Ashbal, every book is custom-made and personalized specifically for your child. Because each order is created uniquely for you, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except as described below.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be modified or cancelled before production begins. Once a personalized book has entered production, cancellations and refunds are generally not available.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your book arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or differs significantly from the order you placed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
After reviewing the issue, Ashbal may provide a replacement copy or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Personalized Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order, including:
- Child's name
- Personal messages
- Story selections
- Shipping information
Ashbal cannot offer refunds or free replacements for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer during checkout.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can work with our printing and shipping partners to resolve the issue.
