Personalized Products
Ashbal creates personalized storybooks based on information provided by parents or guardians. Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate.
Orders
Once an order has entered production, modifications may not be possible. Please review all personalization details before submitting an order.
Child Photos
By uploading a child photo, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or have permission to use that image for personalization purposes.
Refunds
Because personalized products are custom-made, refund requests are reviewed individually. Production or personalization work already completed may not be refundable.
Intellectual Property
All stories, illustrations, designs, branding, and website content remain the property of Ashbal unless otherwise stated.
Service Availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
